Brown Leghorn

Brown Leghorns are one of the few White Egg layers that we offer here.  They are some of the most productive layers of large white eggs, but these small, active birds don't eat as much as some of the heavier breeds making them a very economical choice.  They are excellent foragers.  They do tend to have a flighty temperment, therefore don't make the best pets, but they will easily lay almost an egg a day and they tend to mature much faster than the heavier breeds as well.
